Roomate needed ASAP

My name is Abbie Crocker and I work in the RISD Media Group as a news writer/editor/photographer and am looking for a roommate to move in by the start of September.

My apartment is on the East Side of Providence right off Hope Street and is really close to the Brown/RISD campus. I live in a nice residential neighborhood that's next door to coffee shops, fun restaurants, running paths, a ballet studio, etc. I run into RISD professors and students a lot on the weekends. 

I would like to live with someone who doesn't smoke (at least in the apartment), isn't a huge party-er, and is responsible. I don't have any pets.

The apartment itself is located on the third floor of a three-story house. It's really big/has high ceilings. It feels really homey to me. There are lots of trees that surround the place. Ballet dancers and young professions live on the first two floors. My roommate and I pay $500 each a month in rent.

To paint a better picture, some qualities of the place are:

• Each tenant gets a parking space in driveway. (No one gets boxed in.)
• Located close to bus line that routed to RISD (It's about a 10-15 minute ride. I use it sometimes because buses are free for RISD community.)
• Hard wood floors throughout place.
• Big kitchen with dishwasher, oven, etc.
• Technically it's a three bedroom but my former roommate used the extra bedroom as an office. (The new roommate could use it as a studio, etc.)
• It's gas heat.
• Coin operated laundry in the basement.
• Lots of storage in basement and within apartment.
